Keta Constituency Youth Organiser arrested over breach of election rules
Keta, 12:30PM Mr Godson Wotordzor, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Youth Organiser in the Keta Constituency of the Volta region has been arrested by Police officers for violating election rules. Mr Wotordzor was apprehended for allegedly taking photograph of his thumbprint after exercising his franchise and taken away by the Police. Police retrieve hidden cameras from voting perimeterKadjebi, 10:45 Two Cameras, planted in the canopy where voting is taking place in the Akan Constituency, by an unknown person, have been removed. The incident halted the election process for some time. Mr Kofi Aduam Bawuah, Kennedy Agyepong, Party Agent who spotted the devices reported to the Kadjebi District Police Commander, Superintendent Gyan-Mante Frimpong, who then came with his men and dismantled the Cameras. The Police are keeping the Cameras as exhibits. 
NPP Chairman commends EC officials, party delegates
Accra, 10:15 Mr Stephen Ntim, Chairman of the New Patriotic Party has commended officials of the Electoral Commission and delegates of the Party for ensuring a smooth process, so far, in the Party’s ongoing presidential primary election. Accra, 06:55AM The Electoral Commission is setting up at the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Headquarters, one of the polling centres where National Officers will cast their votes in the party’s 2023 Presidential Primary Election, being held today, across the country. A deployment of police officers to the party’s headquarters to supervise the election arrived early this morning. At the moment, journalists, observers and delegates are not allowed to enter the office compound.
